The entire experience with my Loan Officer and assistant was a great experience. I am a veteran who sought a streamline refi and initially went with first lender who quoted me with a ridiculous rate. Alex is a true example of great customer service, he worked with my wife, daughter and I in answering any and all questions we had about the process.
