I started my refinance process late last year and had an issue that I needed to resolve before proceeding. My loan officer, Dominic Fashing, made me aware and gave me the options that were available and told me I should wait until February to proceed with my refinance. February rolls around and Dom calls me and asks if I was still interested in refinancing. That got the ball rolling on my refinance. He submitted my info to the Process Manager, Dave Arnold. About three and half weeks later I was ready to close! It was by far the smoothest home loan I have ever been a part of. If I had a question, I could call, text or email and got a response immediately!!
