Our first contact by phone was with Phillip who asked for and received all information regarding our loan request thru email. We were then contacted by Brighton Truax, a senior loan consultant, thru phone calls and emails we were given preliminary approval. We then worked with his his team, sent us the necessary forms for completion of our application. Brighton and his team were easy to work with, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
