Helpful Tips for the Appraisal:
1. Please make sure you have a carbon monoxide detector in your home.
2. Please make sure all rooms are accessible to the appraiser at the time of inspection.
3. If you have done any remodeling/additions, please try to have a copy of your permits available.
4. Please lock up your pets.
5. While not required, I might suggest having a list of recent upgrades. We want to make sure these
are not overlooked during the inspection.
6. Please make sure your water heater is double strapped.
