Real Estate
This offer is exclusively available to clients who are purchasing a home and securing financing through Prime Choice Funding Inc., NMLS # 117375, holding DRE License Number 01806911 and CA DPFI License Number 603F471, with our office located at 1100 Town & Country Rd. Suite 1250, Office 1206, Orange, CA 92868, offering both real estate and mortgage services. The offered amount, up to $10,000, is determined by splitting the buyer’s agent commission, less a $2,500 processing fee.
For instance, on a $1,000,000 purchase where Prime Choice Funding earns 2% for representing the buyer, the calculation is as follows: $1,000,000 x 2% = $20,000 – $2,500 processing fee = $17,500, and 50% of this, which is $8,750, will be credited at closing as a “Realtor Credit.”
Important Update: If the seller agrees to pay the buyer’s agent commission as part of the purchase agreement, we will apply the credit as outlined above. However, if the seller does not agree to pay the buyer’s agent commission, we cannot honor this credit.
To qualify, the purchase must successfully close, and the offer must be provided in writing to the buyer, specifying the subject property, and is exclusive to CA properties. Please be aware that terms and conditions may change without notice, and this offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
